Between kids, work, pets, and content calendars life can get extremely busy. Rather than letting the responsibilities of everyday life affect your current Linqia program, here are some quick troubleshooting tips to solve your dilemmas and get you back on track!
1. I can’t find the product!
Finding products for programs can be difficult at times. Luckily, we have a couple of resources for you! First, check your outreach email. This will contain all the information you will need about your eligibility for the program.
If you accepted a program by accident and find that you do not meet the requirements, contact your BSM immediately. If you do fit the requirements and still cannot locate the product, contact your BSM as they may have further information on product availability or additional means to getting the product.
2. I’m busier than I thought I would be!
Life happens — but rather than working hastily through your program just to get everything up in time, why not pre-schedule your social posts and blog story? Resources such as CoSchedule and Hootsuite are great tools to help influencers track their time and stay on schedule.
Going on vacation? Use the change in venue as an opportunity to amp up your post and authentically weave in your travels like The February Fox! The bottom line is, there is always a way to stay on track with your program as long as you have the right resources.
3. Something came up, I’m not sure this timing works for me anymore!
If the timing for your program is a hurdle that you cannot get around by scheduling posts, please email your BSM (preferably before the program launches or in the beginning of it) to see if you can negotiate a later date for posting your blog story. More often than not, if you communicate timing issues sooner rather than later, adjustments can be made to accommodate any timing complications. When in doubt, ask!
4. How do I get another program? I loved my last one!
Aww, thanks! We loved working with you too! And while we definitely try our best to place our influencers in a variety of programs, each one comes with a set of requirements that are often set by the brand (such as age, geographic location, topic of interest, etc.).
In order to increase your chances of matching with a program, make sure your profile is always up-to-date so that we have your most current information. When in doubt, feel free to write to the ISM team and they’d be more than happy to assist you with your profile.
